What should I do my nails like?

I'm bored and I can't think of what to do my nails like. I have a range of colours but not any light pinks or pastels because that's not my style. I have some glue on gems and a nail art pen but I'm not very good with it unfortunately.
My nails are this shape (excuse the shabby polish I have on right now)

I like doing black with a red sparkle over it. Looks like oldschool muscle car metal flake. The salon does it for me because I do a no chip and don't have a steady hand, but I love it.
