I don't have any contour charts for thinner noses, unfortunately, but you can always check out Pinterest! they have a lot of helpful images for makeup (:
as for products, you can use pretty much any powder/foundation/concealer that is cool toned & 1-2 shades darker than your skin tone.

Does this one help? She's using bronzer but it's not the preferred product to use. Nyx has a contour kit for cheap if you want to try one out. Higher end, smashbox, mufe, it cosmetics, that's all I can think of at the moment.
