Whenever I apply my concealer I feel like it doesn't look natural at all. It makes my eyes look smaller and still tired from the previous night. I apply it with my fingers but it looks very weird.
Am I doing something wrong?

Using a peachy toned will help conceal your under-eye bags. Light brings forward so if you are using a light concealer you are just making your eye bags look even more exaggerated.
Usually what I like to do is use a peach/orange toned concealer on my under eye area, and then apply a light concealer shade on the inner corner of my eyes to appear 'bright & awake.'

You might be using a crappy concealer... I had this issue a while ago. try using a powder or liquid concealer so it will blend better. also try using a concealer brush. if all else fails, and you are still having issues, I would check to make sure you have the right color for your skin tone.
