So, I'm 14 and I shave my legs every 3 weeks if needed. But when I shave and lotion my legs. I still have those leftover shaving hair bumps. I want my legs completely clear as if I got them waxed. I'm shaving tonight before school tomorrow and want to know any tips before I do. thanks:)

Wash or soak your legs in warm water to open up the pores (and loosen the hair if that makes sense lol)
Use a shaving gel. Never shave dry.
First go towards the direction of hair growth and then opposite the direction to shave the leftover stubble.
If redness, wash with cold water or ice water.
And exfoliate and moisturize regularly.
Simple! :) xoxo

If they're red, it could be keratitis pilarisis (think thats how it's spelt). It's very common. You can moisturise after shaving and use an exfoliator before.

When you shave use super hot water, and right after you're done put cold water on it to close the pores and you won't get bumps!

Try Soap & Glory's "Butter Yourself" body butter. It has alpha hydroxy acids which help eat away dead skin so you don't get bumps and ingrown hairs while also hydrating your skin. I use it and it also helped fade scars I had too. Be sure to either use it at night or use a sunscreen with it during the day because AHAs can make your skin burn easier.

Also try exfoliating before you shave. I like Soap & Glory body scrubs too but a cheap one will work too.
