Well, you can try cold spoons to reduce the puffiness. just throw some in the freezer for 3-5mins & then hold them under your eyes for only a few seconds.
for any darkness or discolouration you can try colour correctors particularly yellow/peachy ones c: concealer can also help hide any leftover darkness after applying foundation. this is what I do to help hide my bags, especially on early mornings!
