Since you've been growing them out really well I would say that now is a good time to go to a professional and get them shaped up really nicely so that way it will give you a clearer idea of where you CAN pluck but maintain the shape that you would like while still growing out the parts you want. (I hope that made sense.) It will look a lot more clean that way because you won't have any stray hairs outside of where you are filling in.

Well, you can improve your brows by getting them waxed, plucked, or threaded.
some good products to fill them in with are either eyeshadows or brow pencils that match your hair colour - I find they look the most natural (:

Advice (:
1. if you want to grow them out, that's totally fine, but once they are grown out completely, make sure to go to a professional and have an idea in mind of what shape you want. a professional can make sure that the shape suits your face.
2. when you get your eyebrows shaped, make sure to keep up the grooming. get a quality pair of tweezers and little scissors. don't overpluck, and use YouTube for guidance.
3. when filling in your eyebrows, use a quality product. (as listed above, ELF eyebrow kit, NYX cake powder, and Anastasia Beverly Hills are all very good!)
4. make sure to get some spoolys. they are available at Sallys for very cheap. (they look like little mascara wands!) use these helpful guys to give your brows a more natural look.
lastly, don't over do it. makeup is just superficial, and when it comes down to it, you are beautiful in every way (: good luck babe!!??

Let them grow out fully and go to your local salon and tell them to shape them up but you want to keep the thickness! X.
