I've heard that Glamoflauge from Hard Candy works wonders with dark circles and things of that nature. You can find it at Walmart for $6. :)

The Glamoflauge from hard candy is very thick so it's good for scars and blemishes but not for under eyes. I use NYX HD concealer wand... But I absolutely love my MAC prolongwear concealer for under eyes I believe it's about $20.

A color corrector would work like Make Up For Ever corrector in the color Salmon will balance it out.Another option is a Eye brightener concealer it gives a fresh awake look and brightens the area under the eye.
