I screen shot a picture of this no stay primer I might try. Has anyone tried it and is it good?

I've tried the No7 Beautifully Matte Make Up Base- 0.68 oz. it works really good I almost used the whole thing! you should get it.

I've tried and I hate it! It dries so quickly!! Te minute I put some on my skin then a couple seconds later go back to rub in it , it's hard and I you keep rubbing it starts flaking off! I hated it so much! It didn't even hold my makeup! Don't get it!
