I'd also suggest the Inglot AMC Gel Liners! they come in a ton of colors, and they go on so nicely!

I know stila has really pigmented colorful liners. They are kinda pricey though... 20$ each.

If you find an eyeshadow that you think would be an awesome liner, get an angled brush damp and use that! <3.

Actually, I like WnW blue liquid eyeliners , there are two one is turquoise and one is blue blue! They also have plum and navy too! NYX Carries some as well! However the WnW ones are 3 bucks!
