You can wear a bright colour on your waterline or below your lashline. you can also wear neutral makeup with eyeliner and then put a bright coloured eyeliner above the black eyeliner. what I like to do is use neutral beige or taupe eyeshadow on my entire lid and then add a bright pop of colour on the outer corner of the eye and blend well. then I usually add a dark brown colour in the crease and blend it into the bright colour to make it more wearable.

Using it as eyeliner is quite popular, I also love blending it into my crease and diluting it with a light brown! It works great for purples blues reds and oranges 😍 you could also try smoking it on the lower lash line but it's personally not my favourite look. Give it a whirl!

Jenna its fun whearing bright colors =) its fun to recreat colorful looks and make something pop, if you want to stick to neutrals and add colorsbu can always do a colored winged liner or use colored liner on waterline or even do the tearduct area with color

I always do a neutral look with a pop of color smoked out on thw bottom lash line with a winged liner :)
