I want to add a good, rich blue shadow to my collection. I'm looking to use it as a lid color to enhance my dark brown eyes with gold flecks. What brands/shades do you suggest?

I actully used dry blue elf eye shadow and it was pretty bright on my eye lid and undereth and it work our real well I put a pic of me that night for u :)

I have dark brown eyes, too. A lot of times, when I'm running late, I will just line my eyes with NYX's Baby Blue Jumbo Pencil then place Cool Blue on top. I love it!
