Just to second everyone, Ecotools & Real Techniques are absolutely my favorites. I'd go with Ecotools first though - they are the softest brushes I've ever felt!

Try BH Cosmetics. I'm sorry but I've seen quiet a few ladies go with EcoTools, may I say NOOOOOOO to them. For your face they shed A LOT. More product stays in the brushes rather than going on to your face (mostly talking about foundation brush) . The eye set works pretty good.
