Do you use them just to outline she shape of your brow or completely fill them in?

Ehh both? I use more than one product but I outline them and fill them a bit with brow wiz then use brow powder or cream to finish and blend that all out with a spoolie. It's really just personal preference

I do the same as lauren kind of. I outline my brows and then lightly fill in sparce areas and then fill all of my brows in with a powder and then set it with clear mascara.

If your eyebrows are already full then just outline the shape and use a powder to fill them in. Otherwise then outline and draw tiny strokes to simulate the hairs and maybe go over with powder. Don't forget to blend and set with clear mascara or brow gel!
