Here are some of my favorite items:

Nars Sheer Glow foundation - (sheer matte if you're oily)
Purity Made Simple Cleanser
Anastasia Brow Wiz (or the Sephora retractable brow pencil is a cheaper option and just as good aside from the brush)
Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Bronzer
Urban Decay Setting Sprays (All Nighter for longer wearing makeup, Chill if you are dry)
Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer
Kat Von D Tattoo Liquid Liner - finest brush tip I've come across, long wearing

Some other items that maybe aren't necessary, but recently loving:

Tarte Exposed Blush
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder - I've only tried diffused light and it's very subtle but gives extra oomph and lasts forever
Ole Henriksen 3 Little Wonders (especially the Truth Serum)
Naked Palettes - I only have #3, which is the least popular but I still love it. I prefer the colors of #2 the most though.
Elizabeth & James Nirvana White rollerball
I've also heard amazing things about Bite Lipsticks, but haven't tried them yet...

Try out some NARS blushes, if you dare! They're addicting! Lol but seriously they are all awesome! I have one in the shade Gilda, it's a beautiful coral. Have the shop assistant help you out, they will help you choose a shade right for you!
