:) I think the main focus should bebon the outer side. the wing part.. as that is the most shown in hooded eyes. hope I helped. good luck! :)

It just means that your skin folds over your eyelid so that when your eyes open it appears you have no eyelids but instead you have a large canvas above the natural crease fold - if you look at the photos posted above you can see what I mean and it's difficult to apply shadow for this eye type because anything on the eyelids will not be visible when the eyes are open - so the best thing to apply your eye makeup with your eyes open to ensure it will show

It sucks! You have to bring the crease color up higher so it's visible.
