Rash on chin/neck?

Hey!

So I started using the bare minerals starter kit about a week ago and had no problems at first. Yesterday I noticed my chin and neck area were really itchy and had a weird lumpy rash. It's not red, just itchy and bumpy.
It's only on my chin and neck though. I think it may be the primer as I had almost the exact reaction when I tried the cover girl 3 in 1 foundation.
Anyone else have a similar problem? I hope it's not the bareminerals cuz I love it. Ugh! Thoughts?

The bronzer has broken me out before but I didn't have a problem with the matte foundation but after the bronzer incident I'm afraid to try their other products.
