I have it and its my absolute FAVORITE palette of all time!! I think it would be great for blue eyes too, because it has lots of browns and a really pretty gold shade that looks beautiful with blue eyes. Seriously, I highly recommend getting this palette, you can create so many looks with it and the shadows are so blendable...plus they smell delicious haha.

I really love this palette the pigmentation of the shadows is really good and it has a great texture, the fact that it smells like chocolate is a plus.
