I believe it's lipstick. It's by Motives Cosmetics, but I'm not sure of the shade. You could certainly comment on her photo and ask :)

I tried to look for dupes, but since it's a cheaper lipstick there aren't people hunting for dupes for them unfortunately.
and Sabrina, the picture is watermarked so I just googled the name, she has a Facebook page with the same name so it wasn't hard to find :) other times, I'll go on the website on my phone, save the picture and go to tineye.com (like google picture search, but I can use it on my phone) it's a website that searches the web for the picture and a lot of the times it leads you to their blog or profile on something and most of the time they have details on what they used. Or it'll take you to Pinterest and give you tons of similar pictures. It's sounds complicated but it takes me less than 2 minutes usually. :)
