I would love to help, but the name confuses me. Are you sure it's called a plumping cream, because I've only heard of plumping products for lips.
Maybe you mean an exfoliator??

Please forgive me if it does exist, and I'm just being dumb, lol

If your trying to plump up dehydrated skin or fine lines a serum with hyaluronic acid will help ,each molecule holds 1000 times it's weight in water so it gives a fuller look to the skin.
