It's not stupid, sometimes I wonder if I'm putting my facial items on in the correct order. In my opinion, I'd use your serum first and then eye cream on top since it's a specific area and you don't need to apply it to the whole face.

It depends on what you wanna do first. There's no specific way of doing it.

Serum goes first since it goes deeper into the skin & after you wait a bit eye cream.

A good rule of thumb is to look at the color, if it's transparent you want to use this first so that it can absorb. The more opaque and creamy products should be applied last. So cleanse, tone, serum, eye cream, moisturize, and during the day add spf.

If you apply moisturizer before your serum the serum will not penetrate in the skin because the moisturizer works as a protective barrier. Hope this helps
