A primer, setting powder, and a fixative spray can work well.
From what I know, Jacqueline H. (make up artist and moderator) has mentioned countless times that the Urban Decay setting sprays are a waste of $.
She recommended the Kat Von D setting Spray ($18.00) and I went ahead and bought it. My make up does not budge at all, if you really want your make up to stay put the Ben Nye Fixative Sprays ( The final seal, I believe ) is what she always recommends along with some of the Ben Nye Setting powders.

Do you use a primer and a setting powder? Has your skin type changed?

I agree with kitty and actually I usually double powder to help my makeup last all day without touch ups - but setting powder and spray over it works well for me and I like the skindinavia matte setting spray over the UD matte spray it helps makeup last longer and stay matte better than the UD otherwise I like the UD all nighter better than their matte too.
