Probably 18 or 20 I would imagine. I don't have a nose ring but I want one. I don't know what they typically pierce with for nose but it looks smaller than a monroe which I do have at 16g.

I had my nose pierced at 16g and changed to a 22g which is definitely what that girl has. its the smallest gauge you can get and I highly don't recommend going that small! Its impossible to find a variety of jewelry other than the basic hoop and it's very painful to gauge your nose bigger for better jewelry

Be careful buying small nose rings though, I've found that the smaller they are they also get more snug, if your nose piercing is pierced a little further back you might have a hard time getting a ring to fit just like that, it really depends on where the piercing is placed and how big your nose is.

Mine is that snug but a little thicker maybe but I don't change my hoop out much because my hole is smaller now and it hurts a lot trying to get studs in cause they are thicker.

Thanks guys. I don't think it's a 22 gauge Lilly, I used to mainly use 22g rings and it looks slightly thicker. I'm thinking 20g maybe? And yes I had that problem Shaye, after 2 years of having my nose pierced (it was pierced too high up anyways) I bought one that was too small and it caused a tear and a bad infection. I took it out and let it close up and I just got it re pierced on the other side yesterday. I specifically requested him to pierce it a millimeter or two lower so I could wear smaller rings & he did a really good job and the piercing is now where I want it & I can wear the jewelry I want with no problems (:
