I usually don't put on much make up. Just eyeliner ( no skills on shaping it differently) , mascara ( small/medium lashes ), some eyeshadow ( no skill )

Play. Practice. Have fun. Seriously, spend a Saturday playing with makeup looks. Just try stuff. YouTube is a great idea, but that didn't exist when I was a kid (I'm old) so I just experimented. A lot.

Go on youtube and search makeup looks and gurus you will learn everything on there! Thats how i learned everything i know about make up today
