I want to paint my nails, but I don't have time to wait around for forever and so my nails often smudge, does anyone have any quick and easy ways to dry them fast?

Cooking spray, like pam! Makes the drying process faster but you still have to be careful

I hear if you fill a bowl with cold cold ice water and dip your nails in for 30 seconds, it dries them! I saw it on Pinterest
