Personally I think that white eyeshadow can look really nice if done right :) think Amanda Bynes in Sydney White, all she wore was white eyeshadow, and it looked really pretty. The other thing I love on dark haired ladies is deep gold, I think it makes a wonderful contrast.

Agreed with Hannah. it's all about how you do it c:
I like darker colours on brunettes as well.. or at least I did on myself when I was brunette. smokey eyes look just as gorgeous with brown hair as they do blonde :p
other colours you could try are dark purples, dark greens, golds, coppers, dark browns, etc.

Tbh I like dark with any hair color. I suggest doing something that matches your hair then using a champagne highlight. :)

I have dark hair and really light skin as well. I find I definitely need blush or I look washed out. I don't think white eyeshadow is the most flattering either. I love neutrals like in the Naked palettes. Love your hair and you're lucky to have light eyes with dark hair. It's pretty rare!!
