Does anybody know where I can find good-priced leggings from? Like plain black ones. It doesn't matter if they are the athletic kind or made of cotton. I also kind of prefer them to not be see-through.

Kohls for sure. I'm "blessed" in my legs so I have a butt and thighs and I have found a few pairs that arent see through at all. Theyre also on sale.
