HELP!! So I watched a video on Youtube on how to make your own colored Chapstick. Well you have to use Vaseline and you can use lipstick to give the Vaseline color. Well is that ok to do??

Melted crayons:
-Buy a pack of crayola crayons
-Peel the wrapper off of the pink/red/purple off
-Cut them in half with a butter knife (the crayons)
-put them on a paper plate (again, the crayons)
- put the paper plate with the crayons on it in the microwave for 15-25 seconds.
-once the crayons get mushy, use the butter knife to mash them into a gel
-there is your colored Chapstick! Safer than Vaseline, but if you do want to do the Vaseline, then it should be ok.

Are crayons healthy to put on your skin? Also just so you know Vaseline would work but it's a sealant so it won't actually provide any sort of moisture to your lips. I'd probably use a clear Chapstick first and then the Vaseline chapstick.
