I have heard that the palettes are all tailored for specific skin tones (but can still be used on all skin tones beautifully) is that true? If that is the case then which palette is for which skin tone??
Any help would be appreciated

The Naked 1 I believe is for warmer skin tones, its shades are warm. The Naked 2 has cool toned shadows, while the Naked 3 is all about the pink tones. :)
