Straight hair on top, curly underneath??

My hair is straight on top, and curly underneath. I LOVE how the curls look, but it's masked by the top layer. Is there any way to make all of my hair look like this naturally??? Thanks!

Maybe go to a hair salon and ask for a cut that makes the curls look more? Because i dont think theres a way to make all the hair the same. You can curl it all or straighten it too

Phyto hair care has a serum you out on wet hair starting underneath where the curls tend to be and when you blow dry it will relax the curls and leave hair soft and silky. Love it.
