You could try witch hazel. It's an astringent. Wet in onto a cotton ball and dab it onto your problem areas. But for ance, you need heavy duty medicine to clear it up. Natural wont cut it.

I use witch hazel but if you have oily skin you really need to start a skin care program. Cleansing with oil free witch hazel scrub twice a week will help, from Simple skin care brand. Then out of the shower you need to tone with witch hazel, then put on a 5% glycocylic (NOT salycylic) acid solution onto your pimples and prone areas. Wait for that to dry, and then moisturise!!!!!!!! This is a must, with the simple skin care oil free moisturiser. You have to moisturise to keep your skin under control.

Also, I have ridiculously sensitive skin too, can't even wear makeup and I'm allergic to most foods. The products I told you about are natural and amazing. They don't use any bad ingredients, and my skin is now amazing after a year of using them. It will take 6months to see results from any skin care regime, but you have to stick to it to see the results. Go visit www.simpleskincare.com (and find your countries site) and that will help you. Seriously. :)

I've just started using 'African black soap'. I have acne prone skin (mainly on my cheeks and sometimes chin and forehead) but an oily T zone. This is starting to work wonders for my skin, I got mine from amazon and its an all natural bar of soap made with ingredients such as Shea butter and oats. It's not harsh and it's really starting to clear things up for me, and I have tried a LOT!!!
