Hi,
I have two opportunities.
Working in sears as a beauty advisor in Clinique product section, or working in Sephora as a color consultant.
What's your suggestion and why?

I would go to sephora, because even though you are going to be in color, skincare brands will still come in and train you. You can also pick the skincare consultants brain, and that way you don't just learn about one brand, but a lot about all brands.

Sephora, hands down. They are extremely dedicated to their employees and invest in their growth with the company.
