Every state requires 'x' numbers of hours of education, and hands on experience before getting certified. Then you have to take a written and practical exam to get licensed in your state. Cosmotology, esthetics, and nail tech... or appearance enhancment.
The real education starts when you practicing. Always take continuing education, always self educate... never stop learning. You won't get rich quick, its hard, long work building a clientele. Not even mentioning finding thr right place to work... it could take up to 3 years to turn a profit, and have steady client base.
You have to love it... once it becomes about money, its just another job...
