What are some really good concealers I can use? Because naturally I have really noticeable eye bags. Also what are some things I can do to help my eye bags not look to noticeable, that way I won't have to apply too much make up.

Find a concealer that will match your skin tone. I don't know what your skin tone is, but you don't want to go too light on concealers, it can end up making you look tired and actually highlight those bags.
A bright, but not too bright, yellow toned concealer works good for me. But I have quite fair skin. I use the concealer palette from Coastal scents, and I do love this product.
By the way, to avoid creasing after you've applied your concealer under your eyes, set it with a powder. Especially if it's a cream/liquid concealer.
So my conclusion is this, you should look around for some concealers that will suit your skin, and compliment your face.
But if you have really, really blueish/dark, nasty eye bags, you should consider buying colour correcting concealers. Yellow or peach toned concealers will neutralise the blue in your eye bags.

I use blush under my eyes. It works wonders with the normal concealer on top :)

A salmon colored under eye corrector should cancel it out.

If you use an eye cream, keep it in the refrigerator. Not only will that cool cream feel good under your eyes, it'll help depuff the bags under them as well. I prefer Olay Age Defying Classic Eye Gel.
