Hey girls! What's a quick & easy way to clear pimples fast and get rid of dry skin around my nose?

I put lotion like curel you can get it at target for the dryness around the nose and I've been using all different kinds of neutrogena I'm using a 2 in 1 it's a mask and a wash so you can do the wash or put the cream all over your face and let it sit for 5 minutes.
