You may want to go see a derm? But I do know that drugstores sell eczema creams you could try.

I didn't have that type of eczema but you should probably see a derm.

I agree with all of you girls. I would not take advice from anyone who is not a dermatologist. Honestly these could be serious health issues, and, unlike advice on looks and make up, the answer to your question is not a matter of opinion.

I get these sometimes in the summer, from the heat I believe!

My dermatologist told me that anything that's red and inflamed is called eczema, then there may be different causes to it so there are kinds of eczema basically. Don't use creams that contain perfume, even natural, because it will further irritate it.
I agree with Renay, it looks like a heat rash and I get those all the time in the summer under my boobs, near my knees, elbows and underarms and such. Don't pop them and don't scratch. The more you scratch the more it'll expand. That's only if it itches though. if it doesn't, it may not be a heat rash.

I went to a doctor with bumps like those on the back of my arms and I was just told to moisturise it and they slowly go away by themselves. Mine have pretty much disappeared and come back sometimes.
