So today I got some lowlights and a few highlights in my hair, I went a little darker! By now when my hair is dry it looks kinda silver..is there any way I kinda get ride of the silver without using a toner or going back to get it fixed?

Does it look silver or dull?

It just looks like an ashy blonde, I really like the color though!

Unfortunately the only way to counter act it would be to tone it or go get it fixed. When using bleach/enlightener you are removing color from your hair so the only option left is a color correction. You could try calling the salon and telling them what is going on. They might be able to fix it without you having to pay.

There is a shampoo for blonde people called touch of silver and it's like a silvery lilac bottle and it gets rid of the dull in your hair and there is also one called sheer blonde and that does the same :)

The lilac or purple shampoos are meant to counteract brassiness, which will only reinforce the ash color you have right now. If you want a warm blonde instead of an ash, you need to tone it or color it. No shampoo is going to do that.
