Does it clog your pores? Is it good for your skin? Will it clear up your skin?

1) Not really but I feel like it can clog pores at times, I always mixed it with a spot treatment or moisturizer.
2) It is good for your skin? Well its not bad... But it doesn't really do anything great. I used coconut oil for two years until it took me that long to realize that it wasn't doing anything for my dry skin. Basically coconut oil creates a mask over your skin because its a sealant, its not actually doing anything because its just sitting on top of your skin making it look and feel like its moisturizing and doing great things when its actually just sitting there.
3- Like my last answer pretty much covered it, it doesn't really do anything, so no its not going to clear up your skin.
I use to only recommend coconut oil for a good moisturizer but now its the last thing I'd say to try. If you want a good moisturizer I recommend CeraVe, First Aid Beauty, and Aveeno

What is your skin type? And why were you wanting to try it, if I may ask?

I don't know if it will work for you but it works for me , with Shea butter. I love using it on my face in the winter time , it's a butter so it melts but what I do is , use a bandage , and put some on the bandage.Put it on my bumps or scars and it goes away in a couple days
It all depends on your skin type and I personally believe Shea is meant for any skin type because I have oily skin and it doesn't bother me. Lol besides I rather have oily skin then having bumps all over my face.

To directly answer your questions..
1. Does it clog your pores?
Coconut oil is moderately comedogenic.
2. Is it good for your skin?
I would not use it on comedogenic prone skin types. But it's not the best oil.
3. Will it clear up your skin?
No it has nothing to do with acne and using oils can slow down the healing process.

Yes it can clog pores. I have extremely sensitive skin and I've never had a problem with it however I don't use it on my face. I use it on my legs twice a day and it has dramatically faded my scars.

If you have oily skin, anything with oil in should be avoided, it's a recipe for disaster.
