Acne break out help!

I've been getting really bad acne on my forehead just randomly, I have tried a lot of different things and none of them have worked. I have oily skin, I don't know how to get rid of my acne! Please help!

Alcohol will irritate acne but I agree with tea tree oil.

Teatree oil or Apple Cider Vinegar and gently exfoliating once or twice a week should help.

Wash your face day and nice with a good quality face wash, I use Clinque Anti Blemish Foam, it cleared up my skin almost instantly and got rid of the oil on my face, it's a little pricey but lasts for ages. And if possible try not to wear any facial makeup, it's just clogging your pores, let your skin breathe and you'll probably see the benefits in days, good luck and hope I helped<3.
