Is it just a black eyeliner? It looks like a crayon or felt tip liner.
I've never really had a good experience with Maybelline

I've read reviews that the tip broke off really easy but I haven't tried it personally.

You would have to have a really light hand I imagine so you wouldn't break off the tip.
