First of all I apologize to the moderators if it's not in the right section.

So hi Ladies! I hope you're having a great day :)
I'm going to hang with a friend which I didn't see since quite a lot of time and I don't know what to do with my hair nor my makeup and I absolutely don't know what to wear. It's about 21 degrees Celsius and I have 4 hours to get ready. Oh and I prefer to wear my hair in middle part. So I would really appreciate if you could help me!
