My question:
Is Balayage hair really less to maintain vs. Solid colored dye jobs?
How damaging do you think it will be? At the moment my hair is very healthy.

Yes, anything that doesn't consists of dyed roots is very easy to maintain. it shouldn't be too damaging since your hair is light already.
