Normally it will let you go to the sellers profile and read reviews from past buyers and see the sellers history. If they have positive feed back and quite a few people bought from them then go ahead and order. But I wouldn't order if you aren't familiar with the seller or if their isn't any feedback or if they don't have a positive rating.
