I say thick hair is a blessing haha. I hated mine for a while but I figured I would rather have thick hair than thin :) the way I manage it is brushing it very thoroughly and if you still can't stand it get it thinned just a little :)

Well if you straighten it everyday and burn it using hot tools then it will thinin, but trust me don't wish for thin hair. Thick hair is beautiful and you are lucky! When you get it thin, you will wish to have thick hair again:)

You can actually ask a hair dresser to thin out your hair they use this comb razor thing and it helps so much!

Yep you can go to the salon to get it done! I love my thick hair but it can be a pain. I almost had a heatstroke in kindergarten because my hair was so long and thick and I didn't know how to put it up lol.

You should embrace your thick hair. I'm south Asian so I naturally have very thick strong and silky hair and I hated it once just like you. Then I got into flat-ironing it at a very young age and no longer have that fullness. I regret it now so do whatever you can to keep it this way so that you don't have to go what I did, it kinda sucks.

My salon told me not to get layers cause it actually makes my hair look thicker it's weird right?

Em, I know but why I'm trying to say is that when you cut it straight and short it will appear for your hair to be thicker but if you leave it long with layers it will look thinner. I'm sorry if what I said was a bit unclear, but that was the point I was trying to get across 😊
