All day or night! This is the jumbo size. Typically they are sold in a spray bottle. I have a travel sized one I use in the salon and just refill it when I need to. But it's just a good leave in conditioner :) I also have the shampoo by that line and I like it a lot. SexyHair has very nice products and probably one of my most go to brands to use and suggest. And the repair gloss is superb!! It gives the hair a nice non greasy shine and moisturizers. My favorite thing to do is put it in the hair before I blow dry it or roll it. Another great shine enhancement is by Biomega called Glow and I am in love with it. It's a bit hard to find Aquage products in salons but if you do, remember that place. But the Glow comes out kind of like a foggy mist and it's so light and perfect because it gives you instant shine without all the heaviness of a serum.
