Everytime I put on eyeliner it always seems to smudge or run and I can't figure out what to use to set it. Any suggestions?

You can try to set it with a black eyeshadow.

Set it with an eyeshadow or I always apply a little bit of eye primer and that helps to keep it in place.

I agree with the other ladies but you could also just invest in another eyeliner, see what's out there and see if there's anything that might be better for you!
