Is this the right Riveting Red?

I bought Pureology's Riveting Red conditioner based on all the great things I heard but have to say I'm not impressed I am still using Loreal Everpure shampoo and was using the conditioner as well which I feel left my hair smoother and better conditioned. Is it just me or did I not pick up the right Riveting Red?
