Hey there
So after getting some questions answered, it sounds like an alcohol free toner is what's best.
I have low to moderate acne, and would like to get it looking nice and keep my face hydrated this winter. I have been there done that with basic brands (Neutrogena, clean+clear, and the like) and I would like to try something different yet readily available in a college town like mine.
Any suggestions?
My forehead is my biggest problem spot. I have somewhat normal to oily skin.
Thanks

Hullo!
I have similar acne condition to yours, and I recommend the Paulas Choice Acne toner in green bottle or the body shop seaweed toner.
As far as moisturiser goes, my sunscreen lotion does the trick, I wear the non-comedogenic Solbar Zinc Cream SPF 38. If I am verrrrry dry, I use 100 % jojoba oil or the Aveeno moisturiser with salicylic acid. All those products are non-comedogenic so they won't worsen your existing acne or produce new ones.
Good luck!

Shesheido has great products for skin care you can get it at Macy's. I use the light blue brand which is for sensitive to oily skin, & there toners don't have alcohol
