So lately I've been wearing eyeshadow to school and it looks hothouse when I leave the house but by the end of 4th period it's mostly all gone😩 I have 3rd period PE which is really annoying but I don't sweat much cuz I refrain from doing sweaty things. How can I help my eyeshadow stay on with out primer? Primer irritates my eyes crazy bad and I don't like it.

Well what I do is use a eyeshadow brush and damp it and then use the eye shadow it makes the color pops more and it stays on longer my opinion..

I agree with Kennitta, also in my opinion milk of magnesia works As a great primer

Milk of Magnesia isn't safe to use on skin long term, and never near the eyes.
What primers have you tried? It sounds like you may have had a reaction to a specific product.

Has every single primer on the market irritated your eyes or only a specific one? Primer is the best way to help your shadow last longer - but you can try other things like setting it with a setting powder/spray just lightly over it but it may not solve the problem as easily as a primer would.

I'm not really sure what specific primers but the Lancôme primer, Mac (sometimes) ,then a few others. But I've never thought of using primer! I'll try that and getting my brush wet(: thanks ladies

I'm not too familiar with primers but I read that if you cover your lid with white eyeliner/shadow the colors pop a lot more! I'm sure that would help the longevity.

I agree with Madison☝️ sometimes I use the NYX jumbo pencil in the color milk, it acts like a primer it's thick enough that it holds all day and white enough to make all colors more vibrant. Hope this helped :)

The jumbo pencil is more of a base, not a primer. Without something under it, it will crease after several hours.
