Cover and line your lips with lipliner. Apply lipstick. Blot. Apply another coat of lipstick. Then you can use lip gloss if you want a glossy finish but if you prefer a matte finish use a 1 ply tissue and put that over your lips. Then use a bit of loose powder and dust that onto the tissue. A bit of powder will sift through the tissue onto your lips allowing your lips to have a matte finish and allow your lipstick to last! :)

I forget to mention lip stains! They're great, I use them when I go on date night with my boyfriend. It doesn't come off when we eat or kiss(he loves it cause it doesn't smear on him lol)

What would help is Lip sealant.It makes lipstick Or liner stay in place, it's made for that purpose it's different from a lip primer.:-) You could find it in any drug store or beauty supply store it's like $4.
