My hair is extremely dry and I need DIY's and non-expensive treatments to make my hair less dry. Any help?

I use Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Deep Conditioner whenver my hair needs a pick me up and its great! Also use a shampoo and conditioner without sulfates in it. As a DIY treatment I would use olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, sunflower oil, almond oil, and egg yolks and put that in your hair for 30-60 minutes and then wash your hair like normal. After you get out of the shower and your hair is still wet I would put on argan oil and a leave in conditioner. A leave in conditioner I like is Garnier Fructis Frizz Ease leave in conditioner. Another product I suggest is Pantene Overnight Miracle leave in conditioner which I use 1-3 times a week before bed. Of course if you don't have these products you can use a bit of coconut oil or olive oil in your hair.

I love washing my hair every 2-3 days and applying OGI coconut oil while hair is still wet then brushing because it clings to your hair. It helps a lot

Washing your hair less and using a hair oil such as morrocan oil or Argan oil you can get some cheap ones at the drugstore like garner has one for $4 and I like the Marc Anthony one which I think is $10, also get it trimmed and you can get some inexpensive hair masks too from the drugstore
